In short

Have fun with it! Practice editing, make your own recreations, or use clips in your YouTube videos. Share what you make, even if it earns money. Just don't share or sell the pack itself. Credit is appreciated, but not required.

Carlton Innovations LLC lets you edit, remix, publish, and sell creative projects using the pack, forever, with nothing extra to pay.

Don't share or sell the original files, even with small edits. If someone helps you with a project, they can use the files for that project only. Anyone who wants the files for their own projects needs their own license to the pack. Don't say you made the original media. The media remains ours; your original contributions remain yours.

The media is provided "as is." Nothing here limits fair use or your legal rights. We can only grant permission for rights we own or control.
